Biography

Lindsay LohanBirthday: Lindsay Dee Lohan was born on July 2nd, 1986. As a note, Lindsay has recently changed her middle name to Morgan.

Birthplace: The Big Apple - New York City. The family relocated to Long Island during Lindsay’s early years.

Family: Lindsay’s parents are Dina and Michael Lohan, and her three siblings are named Aliana, Dakota and Michael. This family has had its share of problems and recently father Michael was sentenced to jail time for allegedly assaulting his estranged wife’s brother. Lindsay’s mom watches over her daughter though, managing her career and making sure that she is healthy and happy.

She Comes by her Talent Naturally
It would seem that Lindsay Lohan was destined for success. In fact, the showbiz bug seems to run in her family as her own mother was once a Radio City Music Hall Rockette. As a beautiful green-eyed, red-haired child, Lindsay was signed by the prestigious Ford modeling agency at the tender age of three. Although Lindsay was not the typical blond, blue-eyed child whose look was so popular at that time, her good looks and charisma helped her to break into Hollywood, landing her some 60 television commercial roles. Her freckled face represented well-known corporations such as The Gap, Pizza Hut, Wendy’s and Jell-o, with the famous Bill Cosby.

Guiding LightTaking the Television World by Storm
Lindsay Lohan very quickly established herself in the business as a professional and talented child actor, and soon enough she had moved beyond commercials and into other television work. Some of her work from that time includes the series Healthy Kids, Guiding Light and The Bette Show, where she co-starred as Bette Midler’s daughter. For a number of years, Lindsay played the character of Ali Fowler on the daytime soap Another World. During her long-running engagement on this daytime drama, Lindsay delivered more dialogue than any other child actor at the time and she still holds that honor today. Lindsay’s brush with comic genius came in 1993, when she was selected along with several other New York-area children to appear on the Late Show with David Letterman. Dressed as a garbage bag, Lindsay appeared in the hilarious skit, “Things you find on the Floor of the D-Train”!

In the News
Lindsay Lohan met new love Riley Giles at the Cirque lodge rehab centre in Utah, where she spent the majority of the summer dealing with substance abuse issues.
